This is one of a series of articles (others are here and here), addressing the fact that whilst all Feminists are certainly not the same, they are all certainly part of the same problem.
Squawk, squawk
One of the most oft used lines you will hear from earnest Feminists is: “Feminists are not all the same”. You’ll also hear the similar: “Feminism is not monolithic”, “Not all Feminists are like that”, “We are not all radicals!”, “We don’t want female supremacy, honest!” etc.
However, what you won’t hear, is these same Feminists disavowing themselves of the rabid rhetoric of radical Feminists who do openly advocate the ‘end of men’ and female supremacy.
As Adam Kostakis says:
“Earnest feminists do not necessarily intend any of the outcomes relished by Radical Feminists, but as they are members of the collective, they will act as members of the collective, and even if they do not participate in the active persecution of men, they will be forbidden – as an unspoken rule – from exhibiting any sympathy at all for men, no matter what they suffer. Those who do are promptly expelled, labelled anti-feminists, and subject to vicious attacks by the in-group.
No feminist will stop the process of male elimination, nor will she feel any regret once it is complete, as long as she remains a feminist.”
If you take the time to notice, they never claim that their earnest Feminism is real Feminism and these famous icons of Feminism are not real. They rarely, if ever disapprove of these vehemently man-hating women. Instead, they carefully dodge the issue and just claim x, y or z difference and leave it at that.
The dictionary fraud
“Look in the dictionary”, wails our earnest Feminist, “Feminism is about equality. If someone says any different or hates men or advocates female supremacy, then, by definition, they are not a Feminist”.
Oh really?
Then why is it that these moderate, earnest Feminists won’t say, for example: “Andrea Dworkin said all men are essentially rapists, that is not something that agrees with the definition of Feminism and so Dworkin is therefore, not a Feminist”?
Dear Andrea is clearly in breach of seeking ‘equality’, why is she still universally described by Feminists as a Feminist?
How about Valerie Solanas? “there remains to civic-minded, responsible, thrill-seeking females only to overthrow the government, eliminate the money system, institute complete automation, and destroy the male sex”
Or Robin Morgan? “I feel that ‘man-hating’ is an honourable and viable political act, that the oppressed have a right to class-hatred against the class that is oppressing them.”
Or Andrea Dworkin (again)? “I want to see a man beaten to a bloody pulp with a high-heel shoved in his mouth, like an apple in the mouth of a pig.”
Or Germaine Greer? “I think that testosterone is a rare poison.”
Or Catherine MacKinnon? “All sex, even consensual sex between a married couple, is an act of violence perpetrated against a woman.”
Or Marilyn French? “All men are rapists and that’s all they are”
I’ve never heard any Feminist say that these notable, self-confessed misandrists are not Feminists. Have you?
Why do you think this is?
I’ll tell you why. It’s because they have close kinship with these other Feminists.
Birds of a feather, flock together
A given Feminist might not agree with these misandric things being spoken out loud and may actually genuinely disagree on some points, but she won’t cast those who practice such hatred out of the coven of the sisterhood, because she sees them as allies and even as icons. It’s hard to reject a heroine, after all; someone whose writings she may have read as a young Feminist acolyte. Someone who she’d grown up admiring.
They are on the same team, aiming towards many of the same things, living in the same tent and hurling their hatred at the same chosen target: men.
Due to this explicit sisterhood, this unconditional acceptance of each other regardless of how hateful they may be, I liken Feminists to a swarm of wasps that has set about stinging some unlucky man.
This is what a Feminist looks like
They buzz fiercely all around him, enveloping him in a vicious cloud of misery and pain.
- Some of them sting him multiple times, others just sting him once.
- Some sting him in sensitive areas, others sting him where he doesn’t feel it so much.
- Some have extremely painful stings, others are less painful.
- Some don’t sting him at all, but buzz around his face to confuse him.
- Some don’t even have stings but dive at him anyway, wishing they did.
- Some stay away from the stinging and instead guide and direct the other wasps to the target.
- Some are too young to have powerful stings, so they watch and learn for the future.
- Some stand guard ready to attack anything that might try to harm the wasps while they are busy stinging the man to death.
- Some continue to gather food and nest material to feed the attacking wasps when they return.
- Some just hang out and enjoy the show.
Justice is coming
So, we can see from this that all the wasps aren’t the same and they’re not all doing the same thing.
However, despite all of the differences in the individual wasps, and despite all the different things each particular wasp is doing, they are all still wasps, all in the same swarm and all involved in stinging a man to death.
Now, put yourselves in the shoes of a busy pest-controller who arrives in the nick of time to take care of this pestilence.
Where are those pesky Feminists…?
Would you take the time to examine each wasp in turn before dispensing wasp-killer?
Should you somehow try to tally a score of wrongs committed by each insect and judge each individual accordingly?
Should you ensure that you don’t judge the wasp you are about to exterminate by the actions of that other, more radical wasp next to it?
No.
You would just see which pests have decided to make a home together within the same sordid nest, and eradicate them all, en masse.
There are no innocents in that nest and any decent pest-controller would set about destroying all of them; the whole buzzing mass. He will aim to eradicate every single last one of the toxic little blighters.
And their nest.
And their eggs.
And he will also do his best to ensure that no more wasps could settle in the man’s house, so that neither he, nor his son’s should have to deal with such virulent pests in future.
Yep. That’s the way to do it.
The only way.

I’ve always been a fan of your video and want to thanks again for opening my eyes, and the many other Men, on this issue.
I just want to say that this article particularly nail one issue or one fallacious argument I had issue dealing with whenever I was confronted to it until recently.
The ‘avoidance of consequences’ or ‘refusal of consequences’ a feminist or mangina is responsible from promoting their movement by playing the innocence card ‘Not all of us are like that…’
You’ve done a great job in dismantling this fallacious argument and represented in a very subtle depiction of what feminist looks alike >:-D
I ll make sure to learn and keep in mind the key point in it and this wasp representation whenever I’ll face this response.
Many thanks again
Thanks for this. It’s all about being suitably armed when up against the rampant vitriol of Feminism. Any mental model that helps us frame the argument accurately and informs our rhetoric is a good thing.
Feminists ARE wasps. See them like that, and their natures become very clear.
Good article MWM
Yes, that’s a great analogy for sure where feminists are concerned. You see, a Bee wouldn’t waste it’s sting unless it was in real danger. But the wasp…that’s a whole different story.
They sting just because they can, time and time again without any remorse.
The wasp analogy is fine, but takes too long. I’m always looking for that snappy comeback & I think you might have just done it with this line..
“They are on the same team, aiming towards many of the same things..”
So she says,
“Not all women are like that.”
You say,
“No, but you’re all on the same TEAM.”
If the wasp analogy takes too long, try football (or soccer, for those of us overseas). As in “Not all footballers are like the goal tender either, but they’ve all got a common, well, goal”.
Dear MWM,
Greetings from Australia. I have recently decided that I have to speak up about this, because it should not go unanswered.
You may know that recently in Australia we have had sex related problems in our armed forces and principally in the Navy. The result is a guilty verdict for the young man involved:
http://www.smh.com.au/victoria/filming-sex-common-at-navy-base-20110912-1k5cw.html
Now, I need to ask something here. The young man involved is holding a mobile phone and recording with one hand while performing the sexual act with his other hand. Now, what exactly is the young woman doing? Obviously not resisting / running away. If she is not running away, she is there by consent. If this is so, how is it rape? If she is such a flimsy damsel that she can’t get away, should she really be in the Defence Forces? Now, if a non-lawyer such as myself can see this case for what it is – a false rape allegation – why can’t his lawyers?
Obviously when you apply the principle of qui bono to this case, you see it all clearly. The government does not have to change anything and potentially upset anyone, and the press and legal system benefits. The only victim is the young man whose life is ruined. Another sad example of institutional misandry.
A ‘female’ situation did arise in the IAF(Indian air force). Recently,a woman flying officer who was court martialled back in 2006 was found hanging two days ago. She was discharged after she falsely accused her senior male officers of sexual abuse, harassment, and the court too found her guilty of gross misconduct. Now, this suicide spread like wildfire, and many media agents(as usual feminists) changed the facts and portrayed as if she was right and male officers were wrong. Worse, they even blamed defence judiciary branch for ‘male chauinism’ and said to the public that ‘air force men are sexual predators’. Sickness at its height!Sad that women now days are only interested in eating shares of cakes by playing ‘gender card’.
Excellent post, top site, well done guys. Very impressive..
Good to see you around! Enjoy visiting your blog as you are very up to date on many issues.
There is a big problem with the definition of feminism. First thing is,feminism is not based on the natural femininity of women. Feminists do not like to suggest that they are women and they do not accept the gender specifications of the society. After all gender is the psychological factor of human sexuality and it is an important thing of sex determination. Feminists are strongly refusing the psychological factor of sex but they are saying that feminism is for women’s progress. This is only hypocrisy.
Sensible analogy but I don’t really like how you ended it about gasing them, people could take that the wrong way. I only want to eradicate bad memes, not people, but some people will not be able to grasp that death of wasp isn’t metaphor for death of lady. Least I hope it’s not =P
lol.
I appreciate your concern, but in the MRM, you learn early that people will attribute all kinds of horrible things to you in an attempt to shut you up. The people who don’t or won’t grasp the metaphor, are not the people who would generally read something like this.
How long before feminists and their white knights decide to swarm in here and bellow that we should be stopped because we’re advocating murder simply because they can’t understand what an analogy is?
